Batak – VTOL
The BATAK is our unique VTOL drone named after the multi-talented Batak Pony of Indonesia. The pony is known as a tough hardy animal with lightning fast pace. While The BATAK VTOL might not be lightning fast it certainly has the strength and endurance of the small but powerful Batak pony.
We believe that an aircraft is useless if it is designed to only fly on “good days”, so we built the BATAK UAV to operate during adverse weather conditions with an acceptable flight speed .
The BATAK VTOL is designed with a C-wing which reduces wing drag and increases stability in the aircraft. The wings have a double purpose as they also protect the payload. The BATAK was designed to carry payloads of up to 15 kilograms.
BOERPERD – UAV Helicopter
The Boerperd is a dynamic unmanned aerial vehicle helicopter drone. It is named after the South African horse breed, the SA Boerperd.
The SA Boerperd is a breed originally developed in South Africa as a working animal. Therefore, the Boerperd is known for its endurance, strength and trustworthiness. These are also the traits of our UAV helicopter.
The Boerperd Unmanned Aerial Vehicle is a one of a kind helicopter design. It can be customised according to your needs and wants. It is built with a gas motor for optimal endurance and can carry a payload of up to 5 kilograms. Therefore, this helicopter can withstand the windiest conditions and keep steady, even through harsh cross winds.
Bronberg Dynamics solved many interesting and unique engineering problems over the past 10 years. We’re always keen to try something new. However, we’re particularly interested in aircraft and renewable energy projects.
